I’m Joseph, a freelance writer who has been writing for what seems like a lifetime. My writing exploits have generally centred around video games, which has been an industry I’ve wanted to work in since spending days arguing with my sister over who will be Sonic in Sonic The Hedgehog 2.

I have been writing video game news for VGamingNews as well as freelancing for Game Rant, both of which have their own unique style.

VGamingNews is my own site, based in the UK and I promote a more relaxed and conversational style of writing when reporting the news.

Game Rant on the other hand is a North American site with an editorial focus and as a result, there are aspects of my writing which have to be adapted accordingly.

Below is a collection of work that I’ve been building for years that showcases long-form reviews as well as shorter news posts.
